• Uploaded documents: Photos you upload for processing. These are stored temporarily to complete the cleanup and are deleted after processing.
• Payment information: Payment details are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
• Usage data: Scan counts, timestamps, and general usage patterns.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the document cleanup service
• To process payments and manage your scan balance
• To communicate with you about your account
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

3. Data Storage and Security

Uploaded documents are processed and temporarily stored using secure cloud infrastructure. We use encryption in transit and at rest to protect your data.

4. Data Retention

Uploaded document photos are retained for a limited period to allow you to download results, after which they are automatically deleted. Account information is retained as long as your account is active.
